Meet Julia
Doula & Owner of Mother Birth!
Hi I'm Julia! I’m a HypnoBirthing educator, birth doula and BRM pro, passionate about helping women reclaim birth as a powerful, sacred experience.

I started birth work because I saw a huge disconnect. Birth preparation had become overly complicated, clinical, and fear-based, when in reality, women already know how to give birth. It’s all the noise, pressure, and confusion that gets in the way.
​
After years of supporting women through labor, I realized doulas thrive when they’re supported, too. That’s why I created a nurturing, collaborative agency where new and aspiring doulas can build confidence, learn the rhythms of birth work, and serve families.
